Shipping Options
We ship to domestic UK physical addresses in partnership with (but not limited to) DHL and UK mail.

Arosci Trading Limited/arosci.com works in partnership with third party couriers. Our company has the discretion to send a customer’s parcel via any method, so long as it complies with our contractual obligations. Please note our couriers do not deliver on Sundays.

Shipping Rates
Any shipping and handling charges which are imposed may reflect estimated or average amounts required to cover the cost of shipping and handling and need not reflect the exact cost of the specific order. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping costs include handling and may be subject to VAT/duties.

Import Duties & Taxes
When ordering products from Arosci Trading Ltd/arosci.com for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note than when ordering from Arosci, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

Order Processing Deadlines
During standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders begin processing in our fulfilment centre within 48 hours of order receipt, for orders received Mon – Fri (order cut-off time is midnight UK time). Most orders are shipped and received within 5-7 business days on in-stock items.

Shipping Confirmations
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point, the shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders at the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cut-off time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Arosci Trading Limited/arosci.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please be mindful of any existing signature release cards or authorisations you have on file with your local package delivery carriers. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, arosci.com is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We will gladly accept returns for arosci.com products 7 days from delivery date.
o Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals, accessories or promotional items received “WITH Purchase”.
o Returning an item for any reason, contact our customer service department FIRST to obtain return authorisation number by calling +441747820749
o If returned items are not in the same condition as when they were sent, we will refuse or send them back to you with shipping charge.
o If merchandise is returned, a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be applied.

Regrettably, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any shipping and handling charges which are imposed may reflect estimated or average amounts required to cover the cost of shipping and handling and need not reflect the exact cost of the specific order. In the event of an authorised return of any goods sold from the Site, arosci.com is not obligated to include a refund of any shipping and handling charges except when the return is for defective product in accordance with the damaged/defective item policies below and Arosci Trading Ltd shall have the option to refund any amount owed to the customer by crediting the credit/debit card used for payment. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
Please note: Only products purchased from arosci.com may be returned for refund. Products purchased from a distributor, store, other online store, or any other distribution channel, are not accepted for return. o We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. arosci.com is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
o Return Credit will issue after the inspection of returned items and always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
o All clearance, sale and promotional items sale are final.

Damaged/defective Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at +441747820749 or via our Contact Us page at www.arosci.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Please ensure that you contact customer service to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number before returning damaged/defective items to ensure proper refund of purchase price and applicable shipping charges. Items deemed defective/damaged must be returned in accordance with the policies and parameters below. We are not responsible for items not returned in accordance with the stated policies.


Apparent product defects/damage
o Customer shall request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from arosci.com with seven (7) days of the date of delivery to the Customer, listing the products to be returned.

Latent or hidden product defect/damage
o Customer shall request a RMA number within fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery listing the products to be returned.
